I ate at a great restaurant for dinner.

Friendly staff and a nice room with a cool view of greenery. the room has a shower, hair dryer, and soft bath sheets in the bathroom. 🌿

Arrived late and night receptionist was welcoming. Breakfast good. Easy to find as on a main road junction.

The hotel could obviously do with refurbishment. No smoking room nevertheless had a smokey smell to it, probably from smoking in the past permeating all the soft furnishings. The corridors were so hot I couldn't wait to get out of them and into my room. Would only give a qualified recommendation.

Ideal and fairly clean place, fairly friendly staff. - Amazing breakfast with fresh orange juice and magnificent location. - Huge & new-fashioned room with a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and a sofa bed. My wife and I recently stayed at Van Der Valk Hotel Den Haag Wassenaar in Wassenaar, and it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the hotel had an ideal location and was fairly clean. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh orange juice. Our room was huge, modern, and well-equipped with a laptop safe, a mini-bar, and even a sofa bed. It was a great stay overall!

The hotel is located in quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff of the hotel and the restaurant were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is a little expensive but it was nice too.

Parking is convenient; breakfest buffet is excellent; room service is very good, especially with the towels in the bathroom (some hotels do not wish to change towels everyday out of environmental consideration, but clean towels are definitely a big comfort when one is on the way)

There is renovation going on on the first floor, we as guest understand. But the odor is way too strong, even inside the room.

Front desk staff very understaffed. Only one person trying to handle phone and desk resulted in slow service, Very poor "public face " for a good hotel.

Dark, dirty and old rooms. The hotel needs urgent a renovation or decrease the classification for two stars only. Never, never 4 stars! Staff unfriendly! Many things broken in the room. Never again.

Simple but comfortable rooms, bathroom a little bit out-dated but everything works perfectly. Good breakfast. Very central to Wassenaar and not noisy although the sort of highway is on its doorstep

The attentive staff made our stay pleasant. the location was perfect, near a Dutch automotive museum and surrounded by greenery. - the food options were great.

Spacious, well equipped rooms with private patio, provision to park bikes and bikes available for hire. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities. The room was comfortable, the decor classy and spotlessly clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, nestled in a lovely area close to parks and offering easy access to the motorway and train station. It was so convenient to leave our car at the hotel and take the train into Amsterdam, saving us money on expensive city center parking fees. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the renovated bathroom in our room, and the balcony with direct access to the parking area was a great convenience for us, especially since we were traveling with a child. The staff were efficient and very friendly, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
